Matricel develops and produces collagen scaffolds for Tissue Engineering applications that are being used clinically since 2002. The OptiMaix product line was specifically developed to provide dedicated scaffolds for research purposes in cell culture, tissue engineering and biotechnology. In addition, the scaffolds can also be used in pre-clinical in vivo studies. OptiMaix scaffolds are not indicated for human use.
